Anchor bolts
Our homes are reinforced with anchor bolts that connect the bottom plate to the stem wall. Set eight inches deep into the concrete, these bolts keep your home firmly in place and provide extra protection against severe storms and tornadoes.

OSB, or Oriented Strand Board, is a durable sheathing made from layered wood strands placed in alternating directions for added strength. We use OSB around the entire perimeter of your home for greater stability compared to foam board.

As part of our commitment to long-term care, we schedule an optional 11-month warranty walk to review your home’s performance and address any concerns before your first-year builder warranty ends. Our team is here to ensure your home continues to meet Remington standards well beyond closing.
