Our homes are reinforced with anchor bolts that connect the bottom plate to the stem wall. Set eight inches deep into the concrete, these bolts keep your home firmly in place and provide extra protection against severe storms and tornadoes.

Built with OSB

OSB, or Oriented Strand Board, is a durable sheathing made from layered wood strands placed in alternating directions for added strength. We use OSB around the entire perimeter of your home for greater stability compared to foam board.

Tornado straps connect the top plate of your home to the rafters, reinforcing the roof structure and providing greater protection against strong Oklahoma winds.
